The approach to my practice is integrative which allows me to draw from various modalities to tailor therapy to your individual needs.
I adopt a mindfulness-based therapeutic approach. Mindfulness encourages us to live less in our heads – where we ruminate over the past and worry about the future, which can lead to depression (sadness) and anxiety (fear) and to be in the present; where we are able to experience more freedom and resilience. I like to work in an integrative way to co-create an approach to life that enhances your wellbeing.
I understand how the conflicts which arise from belonging to a minority group based on ethnicity, gender and sexuality can create its own set of challenges.
Some approaches I use include:

- Solution Focused.
